I’ll make this very quick.
Session is well underway here in Jefferson City and the Missouri Firearms Coalition is leading the charge for two major pieces of Second Amendment legislation — and we need your help.
Our first bill (HB-486/SB-43) would enhance the state of Missouri’s Stand-Your-Ground law. Our current laws are woefully outdated and allow liberal prosecutors like Kim Gardner to attack you in court to advance a political agenda.
Dozens of other states have already updated their self-defense laws to grant the presumption of innocence to gun owners following a shooting…it’s time Missouri joins them.

Our second bill (HB-486/SB-10) would ban ‘Red Flag’ laws in Missouri and make it illegal to take federal bribe money from Joe Biden to attempt to enforce them anywhere in the state!
This bill is badly needed, as Biden has $750 million dollars allocated to bribe states into passing ‘Red Flags.’

Both bills have been filed in the House and Senate. Now we need your State Representative and State Senator to co-sponsor these bills and help us push them into the committee process!

The MOFC team has been working the legislature for the past few weeks, meeting with dozens of legislators, urging them to co-sponsor these bills.
