Video Update with Rep. Jered Taylor

While the Missouri Firearms Coalition is working around the clock to defend SAPA both in the legislature and in the State Supreme Court, we are also working tirelessly to fix the problems with Missouri’s self-defense laws.

You see, while Missouri has a version of Stand-Your-Ground law, we DO NOT have the all-important criminal immunity protections that we need.

That’s how radical anti-gun Prosecuting Attorney Kim Gardner was able to indict the McCloskeys for the ‘crime’ of defending themselves.

That’s why the Missouri Firearms Coalition is working with representative Jered Taylor — the leading voice for gun owners in the Missouri House — to overhaul our self-defense laws.

Recently, MOFC’s Aaron Dorr produced this video report with Representative Taylor talking about H.B. 2118 and how critical it is for gun owners here in Missouri.

Please check it out below.

As you just heard, when we pass this legislation into law, Missouri will have the best self-defense laws in the nation!

But as you know, passing anything this substantial in Jeff City won’t happen without a fight. That’s why it’s urgent that you send your law-makers this PRE-WRITTEN email urging them to co-sponsor this legislation.

But in addition to sending your email, I hope you’ll consider a generous contribution to the Missouri Firearms Coalition.

The Missouri Firearms Coalition is spending heavily preparing to defend SAPA before the Missouri Supreme Court, while simultaneously spending heavily to defend SAPA in the Missouri legislature.

Your gift of $25, $50, $100 or even $250 will allow us to maintain those fights while also working to advance House Bill 2118.

Session is moving very fast here in Jefferson City – – please take action today!
