In just a few weeks, the Missouri State Supreme Court will be hearing oral arguments against the Second Amendment Preservation Act from Biden’s lawyers at the Department of Injustice!
Biden’s handlers are still furious that they were unable to stop us at the Circuit Court level last fall; now they are doing everything they can to get the State Supreme Court to overturn Missouri’s SAPA law, instead.
Biden’s team is desperate to overturn SAPA law and shut down the national momentum behind this legislation.
They know that if they don’t, SAPA is going to spread like wildfire across ‘Red America’ and if it does, not even Joe Biden’s Executive Orders attacking our gun rights will be enforced!
After spearheading the fight for SAPA in the legislature, and the initial court challenge last fall, you can bet that MOFC will be fighting to defend SAPA in the State Supreme Court, too.
In fact, our first Amicus Brief is complete and will be filed in just a few days. But now we need your help to build up the SAPA Defense Fund, to make sure we can go toe-to-toe with these gun-grabbing socialists!

I can’t stress how important it is that MOFC has the resources we need to fight this battle in court.
If the Supreme Court overturns Missouri’s SAPA law, then Missouri cops will be ordered to help enforce any federal gun control laws (or Executive Actions) that Joe Biden can get passed in Congress.
SAPA blocks all of that, by ordering Missouri cops to enforce Missouri laws when it comes to firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
What’s more, Missouri’s SAPA law has real teeth. Should St. Louis, for example, order their police department to violate SAPA law and enforce federal gun control laws, you could take them into civil court immediately!
That’s why Missouri’s SAPA law is the best in the nation. It’s not a meaningless resolution. It’s not a token law that requires the Governor or state Attorney General to enforce it. And it comes with civil penalties of $50,000 per violation!
But for SAPA law to be effective, we need to fight like hell to defend it in court. MOFC is doing that right now; will you stand with us and help fund our legal fight?

The fight over Missouri’s SAPA law has national ramifications because if SAPA law survives a court challenge — it will spread like wildfire across the country!
Already lawmakers in other states like Iowa, Wyoming, Minnesota, Ohio, Georgia, Pennsylvania and many others are introducing identical copies of our SAPA legislation.
And the moderates in those states would love nothing more than to see SAPA fall in a Missouri courtroom, to then shrug their shoulders and say, ‘There’s no point in trying here.’
That’s why the Missouri Firearms Coalition has gone ‘all in’ as we work to defend our SAPA law. We’ve already incurred tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees, and we need your immediate help to maintain this fight!
