SAPA Law Here in Missouri!

Barring a miracle, Joe Biden will be the President in just over three weeks, and you can expect the attacks against our gun rights to commence immediately!

Michael Bloomberg spent $100,000,000 to elect Biden and to ensure that Nancy Pelosi retained control of the U.S. House of Representatives — and you can bet he’ll want his money’s worth.

A national gun registry, gun confiscations, mental health tests for gun owners, new gun and ammo taxes, everything is on the table in 2021.

But here in Missouri, we can safeguard the gun rights that we currently have and nullify federal gun control edicts from Washington by passing the Second Amendment Preservation Act.

Help pass SAPA legislation in Missouri, sign your petition now!

SAPA legislation is a simple concept with massive ramifications. It nullifies federal gun control laws by requiring Missouri peace officers to only enforce state laws regarding firearms, ammo, and accessories — and only if state law complies with the Second Amendment.

This means that a federal AR-15 ban would be unenforceable here!

The same would be true for a national ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ law, universal background checks, magazine bans and every other unconstitutional gun control bill that Biden’s team dreams up.

But that’s only going to happen if we pass SAPA legislation in Jeff City this year.

The good news is that Elijah Haahr, who blocked this legislation for the last two years as the Speaker of the House, is gone!

The even better news is that Rep. Jered Taylor and Sen. Eric Burlison have agreed to lead this fight in the House and the Senate in 2021! These two are veterans in the fight for Second Amendment freedom in Jeff City and do not give up!

The bad news is that they are drastically outnumbered by anti-gun moderates and radical leftists in the Capitol, so passing this legislation is not going to be easy.

That’s why your signed petition is so critical, to show the politicians in Jeff City what you expect of them this year!

With the 2021 session almost upon us, it’s important to note that the Missouri legislature has not passed a single gun bill since Barack Obama was the President.

Not one.

I don’t know about you, but I’m disgusted with all the talk, the lip service, the promises year after year, only to see nothing done for over four years.

On the contrary, Governor Parson flirted with Red Flag Gun Seizures a year ago, and supposedly pro-gun politicians like Suzie Pollack spent the summer attacking gun owners and the Missouri Firearm Coalition in interviews with FAKE NEWS media outlets like NPR!

If we want to stop federal gun control in 2021, not to mention stop the hyper-moderates who are taking more and more ground in Jeff City, we need to push harder than ever next session.

So make sure you’ve signed your petition!

But I hope you will also make a donation to help us mobilize as many gun owners as possible using our social media, email, and digital ad campaigns.

Whether you can donate $100, $75, $50, $25 or even just $10, please make a donation right away so that we can be firing on all cylinders next session!

The next four years are going to be very tough for gun owners. Our children and grandchildren are counting on you and me to stand in the gap and hold the line for their freedom.

In Missouri, that starts with passing SAPA legislation.

Take action now!
