Deep down, we always knew they would try to do this.
The radical left, funded by over $100,000,000 of Michael Bloomberg’s money and being aided and abetted by the FAKE NEWS media elites and corrupt vote counters, were determined to topple President Trump one way or the other.
While I write this, the outcome of this election is not perfectly clear, but it certainly appears likely that Joe Biden will be in the White House come January.
And if that happens, he will declare war against the Second Amendment and proud gun owners like you and me ON DAY ONE!
So regardless of how we got here, the fact is that gun owners like you and me need to prepare for a fight over the Second Amendment the likes of which this country has never seen!
And if this happens, it won’t be like the gun control battles we won under President Obama. Being led by pure America-hating leftists in Congress like Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, you can expect to see an all-out assault against every aspect of our right to keep and bear arms.
Here in Missouri, the members of the Missouri Firearms Coalition continue to be the fiercest fighting force in the state, and sent a loud message on election night!
Rep. Jered Taylor, the leading voice for gun owners in the House, OBLITERATED Darlene Graham after we exposed her support for radical gun control.
And in another closely followed race, pro-gun Senator Andrew Koenig defeated the notorious Deb Lavender, who has been an enemy to gun owners for years!
At the federal level, the only good news is that the United States Senate did not fall into Chuck Schumer’s hands. If it had and Biden wins, the fight for our gun rights would be all but lost.
So for gun owners, the Senate is where we need to make our stand and hold the line for freedom!
But it’s going to be a major fight, as multiple Senate Republicans like Lindsay Graham, Marco Rubio, Rob Portman and even our own Josh Hawley have already expressed their support for ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ legislation.
Of course, under a Biden administration, that’s just the beginning of what gun owners will be facing as Nancy Pelosi is expected to take immediate action on:
>>> Legislation that would ban the AR-15 and hundreds of similar rifles, along with all magazines that hold over ten rounds.
Just like the musket in the 1700’s, the AR-15 has become the symbol of American defiance to tyranny. That’s why there are over 20 million of them in circulation, as there is no better tool to use in stopping criminals or tyrants. Biden and Pelosi would make it a felony for Americans to buy one!
>>> Passage of a national gun owner registry through Michael Bloomberg’s long awaited universal background checks.
This has been one of the top agenda items for the radical left for years. They can’t wait to track, trace, and register gun owners like we are sex offenders, while they build the database they need for future gun confiscation!
>>> A federal waiting period on all future firearms sales.
Can you imagine having to wait for three, seven, or even fourteen days to buy a gun while Antifa thugs rioted and burned their way across America this Spring? That’s what this legislation would do, jeopardize your safety, while benefiting armed criminals who will ignore this law!

But after the loud message that gun owners here in Missouri sent two weeks ago –- maintaining massive pro-gun majorities in the Missouri House and Senate despite Michael Bloomberg’s best efforts to stop us — we need to insist that the legislature do their job and pass key pro-gun legislation!
Moderates in the House and Senate have been blocking these bills for four years in a row, that’s why it’s time to insist on the immediate passage of:
*** The Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA.)
This legislation would nullify any future federal gun control laws from a Biden administration and allows individual gun owners to defend their freedoms by taking government officials to civil court if they try to violate the law!
*** The repeal of all ‘Gun Free Zones’ here in Missouri.
Right now it’s a crime for you and me to carry in eighteen different areas in Missouri (like churches, daycare, busses and more) even though 98% of all mass shootings take place in locations just like these!
Thanks to your support, this year’s SAPA legislation had an eye-popping 85 cosponsors, before Covid-19 effectively shut the legislature down in April.
But now, with a radical gun grabber moving into the White House, we need this legislation more than ever!
There’s absolutely no reason why our legislative leaders can’t pass these bills in Jeff City next session. And if they want to remain in the good graces of gun owners here in Missouri, they had better make it a priority.
Afterall, without gun owners, there would simply not be a 114-49 majority in the House or a 24-7 majority in the Senate.
And if moderate politicians ever wondered exactly how dangerous it is to fight against our Second Amendment freedoms behind the scenes (or openly) here in Missouri, the results of the August primary answered that question once and for all.
But even after gun owners threw people like Rep. Kathy Swan, Rep. Jack Bondon, and Senate hopeful David Cole to the curb, I expect a major fight from House and Senate leaders when session convenes in January.
Afterall, these ‘leaders’ have shown us time and again that they are usually more interested in being loved by the anti-gun FAKE NEWS media than they are in fighting for our gun rights!
Everything we are facing next year — from mobilizing gun owners against gun control in Washington to fighting to advance the Second Amendment Preservation Act in Jeff City — is going be an uphill battle.
We’ve got to push — and push HARD.
That means direct mail. That means targeted social media. And that means massive amounts of emails.
