With Joe Biden in the White House, radical gun grabbers in Washington, D.C. and right here in Missouri are convinced that this will be their year to take a sledge-hammer to our freedoms.
And while these socialists want to pass dozens of gun control bills, enacting a statewide list of gun owners is at the top of their list, because they can’t confiscate what they can’t find!
That’s why Rep. Kevin Windham and Senator Jill Schupp — two of the nastiest politicians in the Capitol — have recently filed ‘Universal Firearms Registration’ legislation in Jeff City (H.B. 523/S.B. 15.) Please read this alert, then take immediate action.
Passage of a statewide gun registry is the ultimate dream of every gun grabber in Jefferson City — the power to force us to give them a list of our guns, or face fines and jail time — because it would make it simple for the federal government to seize them if Joe Biden signs that type of bill into law!
And as you’ll see below, the second goal of this legislation is to make criminals out of as many gun owners as possible.
I have to be honest, in all of my years fighting for the Second Amendment in multiple state legislatures, I’ve never seen a bill that was this aggressive.
If passed, Rep. Windham’s H.B. 523 would force you to give the following information to the Missouri Attorney General every single year:
>>> Your full name and address;
>>> The make and model and caliber of every firearm you own;
>>> The serial number of each of your firearms;
>>> Your date of birth;
>>> A signed affidavit promising that your list is complete.
And if you don’t surrender this information to the government before March 1st every single year, you would be hit with a civil penalty of $5,000!

You see, Senator Jill Schupp’s S.B. 15 is very similar in that it requires you to record every firearm you purchase with the FBI via a NICS check, and if you don’t, you would be facing criminal charges!

So if you want to pass a family heirloom firearm down to your grandson, he would have to submit to a government check first — or you would be facing criminal charges!
Of if your adult daughter moved out of your home and set up an apartment of her own, and you wanted to give her a Glock 19 for protection, she would have to submit to a government check first — or you would be facing criminal charges!
Even letting a friend try out a new gun you bought on the shooting range you have out behind your farm would require a government check first — or you would be facing criminal charges!
Of course, Windham and Schupp are trying to browbeat gun owners here in Missouri into accepting this legislation without a fight, under the guise of stopping violent crime.
But that’s ridiculous.
The truth is that background checks haven’t stopped a single mass shooting over the last ten years. In fact, almost every single mass shooting in recent memory was carried out by a criminal who first passed a background check!
And no future criminal would be stopped from committing a crime should this legislation pass into law, either, as they would simply steal their firearms or get them from other criminals.

Rep. Windham, Senator Schupp and the rest of the crazy leftists in Jeff City know all of this already. They just don’t care. This is strictly about building a massive statewide database of every gun owner in Missouri!
But it’s even deeper than that.
These crazed leftists truly hate the Second Amendment and the hundreds of thousands of gun owners across the state who stand up to defend it, because they know we stand between them and their goal of turning Missouri into a socialist hellhole!
