Happy Thanksgiving from the Missouri Firearms Coalition!
We certainly have much to be thankful for here in Missouri, where our gun rights are concerned.
While the Covid-19 situation more or less shut down the legislature back in mid-March, the Missouri Firearms Coalition was able to get a stunning 88 cosponsors on our Second Amendment Preservation Act thanks to your calls!
This puts us in a great spot to resume this effort in January.
But gun owners made their voices heard during the election season this year, too.
During the August primaries, thanks to your financial support, we were able to expose nasty anti-gun Republicans like Kathy Swan, David Cole, Jack Bondon and others with radio, TV and digital ads.
Once they had the facts, gun owners defeated these candidates and many others over their support for gun control and their refusal to work to advance the Second Amendment in Jeff City!
And this fall, despite being targeted by millions of dollars from Michael Bloomberg and the radical left, neither chamber of the Missouri legislature flipped.
Of course, none of this would have happened without you.
It’s your activism that defeated all of the gun control bills that were filed in Jeff City this year.
It’s your activism that lead to the defeat of so many candidates and incumbents who support gun control here in Missouri.
And it’s your financial support that allows the Missouri Firearms Coalition to expose these gun grabbers and lead the charge for the Second Amendment in Jeff City!
You see, what I’m truly thankful for today (where our Second Amendment freedoms are concerned) are the members and supporters of the Missouri Firearms Coalition — a ferocious group of grassroots patriots ready to defend freedom at a moment’s notice!
But with the 2021 legislative session right around the corner, and the increasing likelihood that Joe Biden will be in the White House come January, now is not the time to sit on the sidelines.
We’re going to have to stand up for our freedoms like never before come January, to stop Joe Biden’s relentless efforts to ban, confiscate, and destroy our guns.
And of course, the fight for the Second Amendment Preservation Act is about to resume, too!
