Joe Biden and the national gun-control machine thought they could defeat the Second Amendment Preservation Act in Jeff City last session, but they failed.
The Department of Injustice thought their muscle-flexing memo to Governor Parson could convince him to veto SAPA at the last minute, but that failed, too.
So when St. Louis and Jackson Counties sued to overturn SAPA law in a Cole County Circuit Court recently, the DOJ, on direct orders from the Attorney General, filed Amicus Briefs urging the judge to strike our new law down. But that flopped, too.
You see, Missouri is THE ONLY STATE to pass a Second Amendment Preservation Act with real teeth and that’s why Joe Biden and the entire federal government are trying to shut it down!
They know what you and I know. If SAPA legislation takes deep root here in Missouri, surviving the political and legal attacks that have been lobbed against it, IT’S GOING TO SPREAD FAST!
And that’s why — having lost their case in Missouri Circuit Court — we expect the Department of Injustice to file a federal lawsuit against the Second Amendment Preservation Act at any moment.

This is very simple.
The Second Amendment Preservation Act tells Missouri cops to enforce Missouri laws when it comes to firearms, ammunition, and accessories — and orders them to IGNORE federal gun control laws.
Biden and the feds understand the house of cards that their gun control agenda sits on. If they don’t have active cooperation from state and local authorities, their Executive Orders and gun control legislation will go almost completely unenforced!
And now that we’ve survived this initial court challenge in Circuit Court, lawmakers in Iowa, Ohio, Wyoming, Georgia, and over a half dozen other states are preparing to push for SAPA in their state Capitols next session!
This is a disaster for federal gun control. But it’s not just that. SAPA is showing ‘red’ states how they can tell the Biden Administration to POUND SAND on a host of issues.
That’s why the DOJ is hoping to crush us in federal court!

After spending almost $100,000 in our legislative fight to get SAPA passed in Jeff City and signed by the governor, and close to another $20,000 defending SAPA in Circuit Court, MOFC needs your help right away.
