Any day now, I expect the certified letter to land in my mailbox, telling me that the Missouri Firearms Coalition is about to be drug into civil court.
Fueled by nothing more than a hatred for America and our Second Amendment freedoms, the kind of Bloomberg-backed lawyers who file these fabricated attacks have one main goal: to force MOFC to spend thousands of dollars and weeks of our time to clear our good name!
When I first launched the Missouri Firearms Coalition, I never believed that things like this could happen in America.
But if the last two years have taught us anything, it’s that the left will use bogus allegations, fake news, fabricated dossiers, and politically driven ‘special prosecutors’ in their attempt to try to destroy President Trump.
So I guess we should not be that surprised that our political opponents here in Missouri are willing to do the exact same thing!
And today, with the Missouri Presidential primary election just over 6 months away, I fear a well-timed frivolous legal assault could derail our Presidential primary program before we can even get it off the ground!
You see, it doesn’t matter that the Missouri Firearms Coalition plays by the rules. It doesn’t matter that we don’t break laws (or even bend them) like so many other organizations.
More often than not, groups like ours are attacked as retribution just for being effective, like when we passed Constitutional Carry and Stand-Your-Ground law in 2016!
But if we aren’t prepared for these attacks, MOFC may be ensnared in a bogus court action all Fall — unable to expose anti-gun candidates who are trying to gain the support of gun owners here in Missouri.
That’s why, as you’ll see, I’ve prepared a brief three-question Missouri Firearms Coalition Member Ballot for your review that I hope you’ll complete right away.

You see, this has always been a membership driven organization, and that is why I’m counting on receiving your advice right away.
As it stands right now, I do not have the funds to fight back against the gun-grabbers’ legal assaults — AND run a full program to expose anti-gun Presidential candidates — at the same time.
The Missouri Firearms Coalition will be a sitting duck unless I can fix this problem — FAST.
The truth is, even when groups like ours defeat these bogus allegations, the costs in time and money are extremely expensive.
For example, not long ago our sister organization in Iowa defeated a 47-page bogus ethics complaint that was filed against them by embittered lawmakers, after Iowa passed Stand-Your-Ground law.
But it came at the cost of thousands of dollars in legal fees and over a solid week of time that they had to spend in responding to the charges that were filed against them!
Sadly, I’m afraid this kind of nonsense just goes with the territory these days, as the gun-grabbers know that many organizations simply won’t fight back as the financial costs add up.
They know that if gun owners like you and me just give up, they will be free to take a sledgehammer to our most cherished freedoms without ever having to face angry voters here in Missouri.
But I’ve never, ever, believed that’s the way politics should work — not for a second.
I still believe politicians work for us, not the other way around. That’s why I started the Missouri Firearms Coalition in the first place.
Without organizations like the Missouri Firearms Coalition out there to call politicians to the carpet for their records, I shudder to think how many MORE of our freedoms would have already been tossed by the wayside.
That’s why the gun-grabbers want to shut us up so badly, right as the Democratic Presidential candidates try to convince gun owners that they only want to pass ‘some basic reforms.’
The truth is that these anti-gun radicals want to totally reshape our America — not to mention Missouri — and we need to sound the alarm louder than ever!

Just some of the things we want make sure every gun owner in the state knows, includes:

firearm along with every single gun owner in the nation under the
guise of ‘universal background checks.’
>>> Senator Bernie Sanders’ goal to unilaterally declare the AR-15 rifle
(and hundreds of similar firearms) illegal overnight, like New Zealand
did earlier this year!
>>> Senator Elizabeth Warren’s desire to make you a felon and put you in
prison for the ‘crime’ of selling or even giving away a 15 round
handgun magazine to a buddy or family member!
I could go on and on, as these candidates are all-but tripping over themselves to see who can promise to attack
our God-given right to keep and bear arms the most if elected!
And while I’d like to assume that no candidate who believes this garbage could ever gain any traction in our beloved Missouri, it’s a chance that we just can’t afford to take!
That’s why it’s so important that we do our job and thoroughly expose every last gun-grabber who is running to be our next President!
Until just a few days ago, my hope was to run a massive program leading up to the primary early next year — using mail, emails, Internet ads, and even hard-hitting radio and TV ads if I could raise the money to pay for them.
But I’m afraid, as it stands right now, I won’t be able to afford to stave off a bogus legal/ethic charges AND still fund our educational programs at the same time.
I know we’ve done nothing wrong. But given how many times gun-grabbers have tried to muzzle groups like ours, I can’t just sit back and hope for the best. We simply must prepare for the worst.
So I need you to tell me what to do:
OPTION #1: Should I ignore the legal threats, hope nothing bad happens, and go all-in with a full-scale program to expose out-of-control anti-gun Presidential candidates?
OPTION #2: Should I just give in to the threats that will likely come from these gun-grabbers, cancel our
entire operation to expose anti-gun candidates, and put all my focus onto these frivolous legal threats?
I know what I want to do.
But I don’t have millions of dollars sitting around in the bank like BILLIONAIRE Michael Bloomberg and his pals do.
This organization is run on a shoestring budget.
OPTION #3 just really isn’t an “option” without a massive and IMMEDIATE influx of funds from Missouri Firearms Coalition members and supporters.
I know that’s asking a lot, but the stakes couldn’t be higher, and doing nothing is just not an option.
I don’t know about you, but the idea that these radical gun-grabbers think that they can hide their records, while trying to crush our freedoms and get away with it infuriates me.
This is our state! This is where we raise our families!
And I simply refuse to stand by and do nothing while a bunch of insane gun-grabbers try to destroy our right to keep and bear arms, leaving us unable to defend ourselves and our loved ones!
So if $100 is just too much, won’t you please agree to $50 or at least $25 right away?
The primary will be in full swing before we know it, and the attacks on our gun rights are only going to heat up, so I need to hear from you right away.
