While we are busy cranking out emails, videos, text alerts, and digital ads highlighting pro-gun and anti-gun candidates in advance of the August 4 primary, nothing matters more than Amendment 4.
Passage of Amendment 4 would fix a massive problem here in Missouri by making it all but impossible for Bloomberg to bypass the legislature and put gun control in the Constitution.
Right now, all the Left needs to do is put gun control on the ballot and let Democrats in STL, Kansas City, and Columbia do the rest.
It only takes 50% plus one vote for them to be successful.
So even though an AR-15 ban could never pass today in Jeff City, it could still become law through the initiative petition process. Amendment 4 fixes that.

As you just heard, the Left already tried to attack gun rights through a ballot measure in 2024 but backed off because they thought it would hurt Amendment 3.
If we don’t close this loophole, we’ll see scores of gun control provisions added to our Constitution.
