The stakes just got higher in the fight to repeal blue America’s ban on AR-15s and 30-round magazines!
As we told you recently, the United States Supreme Court has agreed to consider the constitutionality of the so-called ‘Assault Weapons Ban.’
This is the big one.
And now, adding even more momentum to this historic moment, the 3rD Circuit Court of Appeals has taken a sledgehammer to New Jersey’s 36-year ban on AR-15s and ‘high cap’ magazines!Â
The court held that AR-15s are protected under the Second Amendment, laughing at New Jersey’s claim that a 10-round magazine is constitutional, but an 11-round magazine is not.
What’s more, the judge was appointed by Joe Biden.

Any way you cut it, the 3rd Circuit gave New Jersey a good old-fashioned beatdown. And in doing so, the 3rd Circuit broke with a half-dozen other Circuit Courts that have upheld similar bans.
This is very good news for gun owners.
Any time Circuit Courts are conflicted like this, it’s that much more of a reason for the United States Supreme Court to weigh in and settle the matter for good.
This issue is going to SCTOUS this fall.
And obviously we all want a win.
But we also want a win based on the most aggressive constitutional grounds, which will make it much harder for a future court to vacate this decision.
