Tell the Senate: Adopt Eigel’s Amendments!
HB-301 is a crime bill that deals with a variety of issues. But tucked inside of this bill is language that would make it a FELONY for groups like the Missouri Firearms Coalition to even mention the name of a legislator in Jeff City, let alone give you their number and ask you to call them!
A felony!
Senator Bill Eigel has an amendment in place to remove that from the bill. But he’s getting pushback from the leftists and the RINOs in the Senate. Your Senator needs to hear from you now!
In addition, Senator Eigel’s other amendment would protect Missourians who own a pistol brace from Biden’s May 31st deadline.
Current law in Missouri ties the definition of a handful of items to the National Firearms Act, meaning that even with SAPA in place, pistol braces will be illegal next month…unless the Senate adopts Eigel’s amendment!
