Missouri House Bill 2523 – filed by crazed Leftist State Rep. Ray Reed – would make it a FELONY to buy a semi-automatic firearm in Missouri! This includes rifles, pistols, and shotguns. Nothing is immune.
Politically, this bill is designed to test to resolve of the GOP in Jeff City and the reaction of grassroots gun owners. We need to get loud, right now!
Specifically, HB-2523 would:
1. Label all semi-autos as “military firearms”
2. Make selling them a Class E Felony
3. Make possessing a gun under 21 a Class E Felony
4. Raise the carry permit age to 21
Any conviction under this bogus bill comes with a 4-year prison sentence!
