The House Rules Committee is considering HB-3105, the law enforcement lobbyist drafted fake SAPA bill that is designed to protect politicians and Democrat-run cities at the expense of our gun rights.
This phony version of SAPA guts the bill is four primary ways:
1. Removes the civil penalties from SAPA completely
2. Literally allows departments to investigate themselves over a SAPA violation
3. Allows the feds to use Missouri cops in federal gun seizure taskforces via the ATF
4. Intentionally leaves the list of federal gun control laws MO cops can’t enforce vague
And this is just the beginning; there are choke points and ambushes all through this bill.
The law enforcement lobbyists pushing this bill are doing the bidding of liberal cities like St Louis and Kansas City — their goal is to pass fake SAPA and ensure real SAPA dies.
