Whereas: The Radical Left has filed dozens of gun control bills in the first two weeks of session, bills that would destroy the Second Amendment here in Missouri; and
Whereas: HB-2064 would repeal Missouri’s pre-emption law, allowing liberal cities like St. Louis and KC to enact their own gun control laws, leading to countless criminal charges; and
Whereas: HB-2131 would repeal Missouri’s Constitutional Carry law, forcing us to obtain permission to carry concealed and putting our names back into a government database; and
Whereas: SB-1158 would mandate ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures’ in Missouri, letting liberal judges order the seizure of our firearms before we’ve even been charged with a crime; and
Whereas: Republicans in Jeff City have not passed a gun bill into law in almost five years;
Therefore: As your constituent, I insist that you VOTE NO on the bills above. The Missouri Firearms Coalition will keep me informed on your votes as we head into the 2026 midterms.
